I am very proud to be one of 23 students at the University of Houston chosen to be a fellow of the Mellon Research Scholars for 2020.
I was very happy to be nominated and inducted into Phi Beta Delta, the Honor Society for International Scholars in April of 2019.
My work with the History Honor Society, Phi Alpha Theta has been very rewarding. I was elected an officer and working with the other officers to grow this group and become a fun history society that holds movie and trivia nights.
